I don't know. Because late in November the still, small voice in my head said my existing supply is rather like wealth and physical fitness ... there's no such thing as having too much. I was not badly supplied, understand. But I was not as prepared for what I could reasonably foresee as I wanted to be. So I stocked up on everything I shoot. Just as the last of multiple orders delivered the panic began. You might want to add 6.8 SPC to your list. AmmoToGo in Texas, salute.

Local gun show last weekend was selling Tula 55gr .223 for $25. For a single box. Needless to say, I passed. At the same show, Pmags were going for $35 per. That price has come down from the 50ish it had been prior. Supplies of quality ammunition (i.e. domestic manufacturers) still seems constrained in the area.

ARs are running $2500 if you find one, AKs @ $1500/up under the same conditions.

Everything else you listed, bar none, is currently made of unobtanium.

As I observed on Zero's blog, WallyMart has dropped their three box/customer policy due to lack of any boxes, and moved spray paint into the cabinets formerly used to retail pistol and rifle ammo.

I'll keep you posted as things go.

Brownell's just delivered 10 30 rd P Mags that I backordered in December! They honored the price and the free shipping that was in effect at the time I placed the order!!! Total cost $126.00.

Did not expect to see those mags for a long time,if ever. I guess Magpull is cranking them out as fast as they can.

Brownells is absolutely the best , they always come through and deliver as promised.

Mostly buy ammo over the net. Prices on 5.56 are stupid ridiculous. Over $1.00 per round for 1000 rd cases. Other calibers are similar if you can find any!

AR-15's? A hundred under retail across the board.
PMAGS? 35 a pop.
USGI/ aluminum AR Mags? 25 a pop.
.223/5.56 ammo? 70c per round for fmj
AK's? 1000 for arsenals.
AK mags? 25 for steel, 15 for plastic.
7.62x39? 60c a round
SKS's? none to be had.
What about .308 ammo? 1.25 per round.
Glock 19/17's? gen3's 550, gen4 600
Glock 19/17 mags? 25
9mm ball? 17.50
.38 special? 23.50
.40? 20.50
.45? 25.50

Indianapolis area. Plenty to be had except 9 and 45acp. 22lr is 8.50 per 50 round pack for junk blaser that won't cycle a pistol. Some dealers are holding back stock and sparsely stocking shelves. This leads to further panic buying.

Southeastern Virginia isn't that bad. Everything is about %40 above 'normal', but it's all available, including ARs, etc. Ammo is still stupid-expensive, but what can you do?

Oh yeah! I'll just dig into th thousands of rounds I put back since Obama was coronated.

See ya at the range!
